Invention Of a Car A fall/ Couture 2013 collection that has been inspired by the classic Rolls Royce car. The combination of art, technology and engineering exudes sophistication and class. I have always been inspired by art and feel the Rolls Royce, like a work of art embodies the beauty of technological and engineering excellence. I used organza and latex to create organic shapes similar to the wheels of the Rolls. Then, the organic shape and structure of the wheel, went on to inspire the rest of the collection along with the many intricate components of the car. Everyone has a dream, a Rolls Royce car, is a fantasy dream for most people, dreams inspire reality. I have had an internship with Julien Macdonald, assisted with the preparation of catwalk fashion shows and helped to teach pattern cutting and sewing techniques

My graduate collection 'Motion Captured' was inspired by capturing movement through a series of repeated images and the Futurist movement. I developed these ideas through various different knit techniques to create a small collection. I was particularly inspired by reversed jacquards, which I worked into with art deco style beading, and oversized triangles which created an interesting contrast to the twenties silhouette. I graduated London college of fashion, I was born and bought up in South Korea until she decided to base in my brand in London. The brand Yeashinâs basic concept is derived from the mixture of England 60âs outfits with the Koreanâs traditional outfits. The varieties of materials together with details of clothes giving witness are emphasized. The mixture of girlâs bubbly and lively look with the well-used colors creates a elegant outfit which is the uniqueness of Yeashinâs design. I focus on clothes detail. that is make my clothe more deeply and differently then the other style. www.yeashinkim.com e mail : yeashinkim@hotmail.com https://www.facebook.com/YeashinLondon

BA (Hons) Fine Art: Painting
My practice centres on repetition of images and objects through different media. In this project, I found banana is an interesting object, by painting it 100 times. I was testing the boundary of repetition on oil painting. To me, the object is like a space without dimension, by painting it constantly is a way to create and release, to observe and express, to remember and forget. I discovered that this process behind the desire is reminiscent of the great biological forces of procreation; it inspires a passion of dedication and discpline both in life and art. ~ Art is Banana ~ Ching Wong To see my other art projects and information, please go to: www.artisbanana.com Or welcome to e-mail: ching@artisbanana.com
