Martyna Dargiewicz is a fashion designer specializing in print. Originally from Poland she mixes her colorful heritage with the comfort and practicality of everyday wear to create bright and unique creations to fit within the busy lifestyle of todaysâ women. Having finished a BA in Fashion Design for Industry at Heriot Watt University she has a deep understanding of fit, pattern cutting and the needs of mass production however during her MA in Digital Fashion at London College of Fashion she focused on wearability and comfort of the clothing as well as the practicality and ease in care targeting the growing market of young, ever travelling professionals of the new, cosmopolitan culture. Having mobility and the need to downsize luggage in mind she created a versatile collection of one size fits all jersey garments which are multi wear â with each garment giving from 2 to 5 different styles and looks. With so many options one will easily be able to dress up or down depending on the occasion and even âchangeâ several times throughout the day without actually exchanging any items worn. In addition to the jersey collection Martyna has worked very hard to create a range of personal products supporting the collection â using the same print selection to create a uniform design identity which will hopefully be easily identified within the marked very soon â giving the fashionistas an easy way to manifest their style and individuality at a range of budgets. The outcome of this is a new fashion brand â Theory of Everything launching this spring â which will offer both clothing and accessories in very limited and controlled runs to ensure high quality of the products offered as well as guarantee high individuality with only up to 50 items of each style ever produced, many at a much smaller scale.
